A temperatura ambiente, destapado..y como eso todo. - lo peor: las animadoras, poquísimo tacto con los niños, antipáticas, malas caras...y hacían todo a desgana(lo poco que hacían). -3 ascensores para 7 plantas y muchísimas habitaciones, colas de hasta media hora para poder cogerlo, el colmo: el comedor tiene acceso por escalera o por un único ascensor para todo el hotel(que también se usa en las demás plantas), por tanto bajar un bebé en carro o una silla de ruedas es horrible, salir a desayunar a las 9 de la habitación y llegar al comedor casi a las 10. -merece la pena pagar un poquito más e ir a otro, el peor que he estado en la vida.

A destacar que Cristina en recepción fue la única que nos atendió bien, nos tocó un chico rubio a la llegada y no escuchaba nada y llevando perrito nos hizo esperar en hall. Del hotel con td el calor que hacía allí sin poder pasar al salón para por lo menos quitarnos de la calor. NO VOLVEREMOS, es la 5 vez que íbamos, DECEPCIONANTE.

We requested single beds and they pushed them together and used the same sheets to make two beds. The food was awful — only one day did we eat well. We had two bookings and had also asked for firm mattresses, but you sank into any of them. For a four-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired: the lifts had no lights, there’s always a queue to use them, and lots of damp on the walls, etc. Water came out from one side of the toilet; we called reception but they didn’t fix it. The ceiling fan didn’t work, and the air-conditioning kept failing because it was programmed and the controls were disabled so it was impossible to change. This was the fifth time we’d stayed at the hotel and it let us down terribly.
All the sunbeds were broken or sagging.
We paid €10 a night for the dog and only got the water bowl on the last day — it was rusted inside — and there wasn’t even a bed or a food bowl for the little dog. The service was very poor. WE WILL NOT RETURN.

Las hamacas tds rotas o hundidas .
El perro pagamos 10 euros noche y nos dieron el cuenco para agua, el último día y estaba oxidado por dentro y digo y no hay ni cama ni otro cuenco para comer el perrito ni nada, muy mal la atención fue fatal. NO VOLVEREMOS.

Todo perfecto, hotel cerca de la playa, con mucho aparcamiento gratis cerca. Las comidas (desayuno, comida y cena) con muchísimas variedad y sabor. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias, al igual que el baño. La limpiadora muy maja, fuimos con el perro y fue muy atenta en todo momento. La animación genial, nos lo pasamos muy bien, tanto nosotros (los padres) como nuestra adolescente, que hizo un grupo de amig@s muy bonico y la pequeña también se lo pasó muy bien. Nos impresionó mucho que dadas las fechas hubiera tanta gente, así que fue estupendo ver como casi cada día llegaba gente nueva.

El aparcamiento un poco caos también pues se comparte con los departamentos de enfrente al igual que la piscina. Pero la piscina bastante bien y el aparcamiento pues complicado en el privado y fuera más aún.
