La habitación era amplia y con camas cómodas y grandes. Había una pequeña nevera lo cual se agradece. Habitación limpia y cada día el personal de limpieza hacia un buen trabajo. Desde la recepción nos atendieron muy bien nuestras dudas y nos explicaron como poder disponer de un parking muy cercano a un precio más barato. Desayuno buffet variado y reponían todo con rapidez. Un día comimos en el restaurante del hotel y la carta es variada y todo muy bueno.
Por poner alguna pega que al reservar me aparecía que tenían parking propio y es un parking externo con el cual tienen convenio de precio (la verdad que cerca del hotel).

Un 4 * bastante justito. Se nota que es un hotel antiguo y necesitaría una actualización.
El desayuno tipo bufé resulta bastante pobre para su categoría, con una calidad entre regular y baja. Además, se echa en falta una plancha para preparar huevos o tortillas al momento, algo que hoy en día es bastante habitual en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Todos los productos son empaquetados y precocinados, así como la reposición es escasa.
La habitación es correcta y la cama cómoda, por lo que el descanso ha sido bueno. La ubicación: se puede llegar al centro de Granada en unos 15 minutos caminando.
El parking cuesta 17 €/día. No pertenece al hotel, aunque tienen un acuerdo con él. Nos ha parecido un precio elevado teniendo en cuenta la distancia al centro histórico. Eso sí, por la zona es prácticamente imposible encontrar aparcamiento en la calle.

La verdad que para ser de 4 estrellas,deja mucho que desear.Estuvimos 4 días,y no cambiaron las sábanas ni un día.Incluso un día que manche la almohada con el tinte,quitaron la funda,pero se les olvidó poner otra.Solo teníamos desayuno,y la verdad que era algo normalito para el precio que tiene.La limpieza,pues parece ser que debajo de las camas,no se limpia mucho ya que había pelusas y no de un día.
