Friendly staff ,all inclusive drinks ,sangria lovely ,beds comfy modern bathroom with a lovely bath
Food could have been hotter ,there was a microwave out at breakfast time which was handy ,but plenty of choice to say the hotel was quiet

La piscina y la habitación han sido lugares explendidos.
The issue of booking sunbeds or Balinese beds by the pool left a lot to be desired. Even though there was a sign saying it was forbidden to reserve these areas, people did whatever they wanted. When we complained about this, the hotel was not able to give us any solution other than telling us to confront the guests occupying the space if we wanted it ourselves.
I think they should take action regarding this issue.
The quality of the buffet food also left a lot to be desired.
El tema reservar las hamacas de la piscina o las camas balinesas dejaba mucho que desear, a pesar de haber un cartel en el que estaba prohibida la reserva de dichas zonas la gente hacia lo aue queria, al poner pegas sobre este asunto el hotel no fue capaz de darnos una solucion más que si queriamos ese espacio nos pusieramos en discrepancia con los huespedes que la ocupaban.
Creo que deberian tomar cartas en el asunto con respecto a ese tema.
La calidad de la comida del bufet dejaba mucho que desear.

The bathroom has a bathtub, which isn’t very comfortable or safe for older people given that it's a 4-star hotel. There should really be a coffee machine in the room—we love coffee and missed having one. Another thing we felt was missing is a heated bar where you can have a drink during the day, because the only bar open was the pool bar. So you either had to be by the pool, or you couldn’t get a drink anywhere else.

Faltaría una cafetera en la habitación, nosotros somos cafeteros y la echamos de menos y otra cosa q echamos en falta es un bar climatizado para poder tomar algo durante el dia xq solo había abierto el bar de la piscina, o estabas en la piscina o si no no podías tomar bada en otro sitio.
