Friendly staff ,all inclusive drinks ,sangria lovely ,beds comfy modern bathroom with a lovely bath
Food could have been hotter ,there was a microwave out at breakfast time which was handy ,but plenty of choice to say the hotel was quiet

La comida estaba muy bien elaborada era muy variada y de una calidad excelente.
The air conditioning in the main areas was too cold, I know there would be more complaints because there were even people wearing jackets in the middle of September in the dining room. We mentioned it at the reception but there was no change.

El hotel le frecuento desde hace años, y siempre ofrece calidad en la comida y servicios, si bien, ahora apuntaré en el apartado oportuno los cambios a peor más destacados.
This year there has been a decrease in the quality of services due to lack of staff. Where there used to be three or four waiters, now there is one or two, which means longer waiting times and lower quality service. Similarly, they have eliminated the little entertainment that existed in the morning and afternoon without notice, so regular customers have found themselves without this service that we were used to.
Likewise, evening shows still lack an adequate space, so either you have an early schedule, or don't expect to sit down and watch.
In short, the service quality is decreasing, activities are being reduced, and prices are being maintained or raised, which makes one reconsider returning.
Este año se ha notado un descenso en la calidad de los servicios debido a la falta de personal. Donde antes existían tres o cuatro camareros, ahora hay uno o dos, lo que supone mayor espera y una atención de menor calidad. De igual forma, han eliminado la poca animación que existía por la mañana y tarde sin avisar, por lo que, los clientes habituales, nos hemos encontrado sin este servicio con el que contábamos.
De igual forma, los espectáculos en la noche siguen sin contar con un espacio adecuado, por lo que, o tienes horario ingles, o no pienses en sentarte a poder verlo.
En definitiva, baja la calidad del servicio, restan actividades y mantienen o suben precios, por lo que, hace a uno replantearse volver.

El hotel está muy bien , las habitaciones, el buffet fenomenal , la comida está rica. Y hay mucha variedad . El personal es agradable y servicial, muy simpáticos .
The beach near the hotel is not good, but a 15-minute drive away, the beach is great.
The pool lawn is very neglected.
