La atención del personal ha sido excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, en el mejor barrio de San Sebastián, muy bien rollo y sitios muy buenos para salir a comer/cenar, bastante cerca de la zona blanca y de la playa la Concha. La habitación muy grande, cómoda y luminosa.
The cleanliness was very good, although there was a spider at the entrance. I understand that it could have entered at night, we don't think it was carelessness on the part of the staff. A bit noisy at night as we were on the first floor next to the elevator.
La limpieza muy buena, aunque había una araña en la entrada. Entiendo que pudo haber entrado por la noche, no creemos que fuese descuido por parte del personal. Un poco ruidosa por la noche ya que nos encontrábamos en el bajo al lado del ascensor.

The air conditioners on the deck could be heard a lot. Not as close to the beach as it sounds. Very expensive extras.

La habitación era amplia, nueva, luminosa y bonita. Estaba muy bien equipada. La ubicación también es muy buena, estás cerca del centro sin estar en el centro, unos 20 minutos andando y se hacen muy amenos porque ves la ciudad, que es muy bonita, puedes ir por el paseo de playa de Zurriola, etc. Yo cuando llegué el parking del hotel estaba lleno pero pude aparcar por alrededores y era fin de semana.

Lo malo de la habitación que tuve es que era en la planta 0 y estaba a pie de calle y del parking del hotel, no tuve ningún problema pero el primer día sentía que podían entrar en cualquier momento. Un punto negativo del hotel es que te cobran por cualquier servicio extra, o que ellos consideran extra, porque en todos los hoteles en los que he estado limpian toda la habitación a diario y entra en el precio por noche. En este hotel, entran pero solo limpian las basuras, no barren ni cambian sábanas. Es la primera vez que me encuentro esto la verdad.
