Mejor que en casa. Detalles a destacar el personal , todos serviciales, educados amables. La disposición y facilidad por la alimentación sin gluten, todo te lo resolvían. Las actividades junior y adultos entretenidas.

Me ha gustado las instalaciones del Hotel, habitaciones Grandes.
I did not like the variety of food at the buffet, very normal food below a 4 * hotel, and worst of all a cook who is on the plate breakfast (a reluctance, a rude and unprofessional above all unprofessional and argumentative), I did the room several days and it was a shame the sheets without stretching and only put the quilt well above (We made the room for what the customer sees above, bad and dirty), the pools close at 18:00, and finally we go to buy tickets for the Siam Park near reception and there was a person replacing another who was not in the schedule that put and the treatment was not to say a rude word (very unprofessional and unpleasant). All this I could observe and that I was little in the Hotel (and we had All Inclusive) as we took a lot of activities to do every day. In short I think since I was offered to be a member of the group, seeing all this the last day I declined the offer because seeing the treatment and the ways of some people I think it is not worth it now.
No me ha gustado la Variedad de la Comida en los Buffet, comida muy normal por debajo de un Hotel de 4*, y lo peor de todo una Cocinera que está en la plancha Desayunos ( una desgana, una maleducada y sobretodo poco profesional además de contestona ), me hicieron la habitación varios días y fue una pena la sábanas sin estirar y solo pusieron la colcha bien por encima ( Vamos la habitación la hicieron para lo que ve el cliente por encima, mal y sucia ), las Piscinas la Cierran a las 18:00, y por último vamos a comprar unas entradas para el Siam Park cerca de recepción y había una persona supliendo a otra que no estuvo en el horario que ponía y el trato fue por no decir una palabra malsonante ( muy poco profesional y desagradable ). Todo esto pude observar y eso que estuve poco en el Hotel ( y teníamos Todo Incluido ) ya que cogimos un montón de actividades para hacer cada día. En definitiva creo ya que me ofrecieron ser socio del grupo, viendo todo esto el último día decline la oferta porque viendo el trato y las formas de algunas personas creo que no merece la pena actualmente.
