There was excrement in the children's pool and they did not close it.

Unbelievable views from the roof terrace, where there are 4 whirlpool tubs. Correct and friendly treatment by the staff.
Incleíbles vistas desde el terrado, donde hay 4 bañeras de hidromasaje. Trato correcto y amable por parte de los trabajadores.
- Dirty (everything, entrance, elevators, reception, movies on the floor of the room and sink, hair on the sheets, musty smell in the sheets, dirty furniture in the room. As soon as we arrived we had to do some cleaning.
- Noise. From the room you can hear everything: conversations, parties or discussions in the rooms next door, in the hallway, the balconies, the street.
- Sleeping is almost impossible, a lot of noise all night, to complete at twelve o'clock at night two garbage trucks come at the same time.
- We were locked in the balcony that did not open on the outside and we got tired of calling the hotel, it only communicated.
- We were on the balcony chatting when water started dripping all over the railing.
- We had to call security one night because of our neighbors screaming during a fight.
- Food: Difficult to eat there for more than two days due to the lack of quality of the food. I was very annoyed by the level of wastefulness of other guests.
- A lot of rude people staying there, the atmosphere is not the best.
I would not go back for sure.
- Sucio ( todo, entrada, ascensores, recepción, pelis en el suelo de toda la habitación y lavabo,pelos en las sábanas, olor a humedad en las sábanas, muebles habitación sucios. Nada más llegar tuvimos que hacer limpieza.
- Ruído. Desde la habitación se escucha todo: las conversaciones, fiestas o discusiones en las habitaciones de al lado, en el pasillo, los balcones, la calle.
- Dormir es tarea casi imposible, mucho ruido toda la noche, para completar a las doce de la noche vienes dos camiones de la basura a la vez.
- Nos quedamos encerrados en el balcón que no se abria por fuera y nos cansamos de llamar al hotel, solo comunicaba.
- Estabamos en el balcón charlando cuando empezó a escurrir agua por toda la barandilla.
- Tuvimos que llamar a seguridad una noche por los gritos que pegaban nuestros vecinos durante una pelea.
- Comida: Complicado comer alli más de dos dias por la falta de calidad de la comida. Me molestó mucho el nivel de desperdicio de otros huéspedes.
- Mucha gente mal educada hospedada allí, el ambiente no es de los mejores.
No volvería seguro.

It is not an expensive hotel, for what you pay you can't ask for more but I wouldn't repeat.
No es un hotel caro, para lo que se paga tampoco puedes pedir más pero no repetiría.
The dining room shifts are very tight. No great variety of food. They did not clean our room, we had to go to reception to ask for clean towels. Check out too early when it is always at 12:00AM. They made us check out at 10:00AM. Noisy at night.
Los turnos del comedor muy ajustados. No hay gran variedad de comida. No nos limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedir toallas limpias. El check out demasiado pronto cuando siempre suele ser a las 12:00AM. Nos hicieron salir a las 10:00AM. Mucho ruido por las noches.

Very old hotel. Horrible rooms and worst of all the poor cleanliness of them. It is a shame, we only stayed one night to sleep and the sheets had blood stains, hair and dawned with many flea bites. It is very frustrating that on top of that they did not give any kind of solution for what happened. I do not recommend it at all.
Hotel muy antiguo. Habitaciones horrorosas y lo peor de todo la poca limpieza de las mismas. Es una vergüenza, solo nos quedamos una noche a dormir y en las sábanas había manchas de sangre, pelos y amanecimos con bastantes picaduras de pulgas. Es muy frustrante que encima no dieran ningún tipo de solución para lo ocurrido. Penoso, no lo recomiendo para nada.

The air conditioning in the hall-pool is too strong (we both caught a cold), the pool is full of riffraff and the furniture is a disaster (discussed with other hotel guests).
el aire acondicionado del hall-piscina esta demasiado fuerte ( nos hemos resfriado los dos ), la piscina llena de gentuza y el mobiliario un desastre( comentado con mas clientes del hotel.

Quiet location. Previous quality according to the previous.

The cleanliness is a bit poor, and the rooms are very old. You can hear everything in the rooms. Travelers with poor manners, noisy and poor manners. That's not the hotel's fault of course....
La limpieza algo escasa, y las habitaciones muy viejas. Se oye todo en las habitaciones. Viajeros con poco saber estar, ruidosos ynpovos modales. Eso no es culpa del hotel claro está...

It had been a long time since I had been to such a pitiful hotel. The rooms were very old, the food was very bad and to top it off we couldn't sleep all night because in the next room they were arguing all night screaming...thank goodness we were only there for one night. You think you can spend one night anywhere.... It is worth paying a little more and get a good rest. The mattresses were horrible! Not to repeat or recommend to anyone else
Hacía tiempo que no iba a un hotel tan lamentable. Habitaciones muy viejas, comida lamentable y para colmo no pudimos dormir en toda la noche porque en la habitación de al lado estuvieron discutiendo toda la noche a gritos...menos mal que sólo ibamos 1 noche. Piensas una noche la pasas en cualquier lado.. Merece la pena pagar un poquito más y descansar bien. Los colchones horribles! Para no repetir ni recomendar a nadie más

I did not like the facilities, the basic cleanliness ... cobwebs behind the curtain, the curtain could not touch the dirt that carried, the mattresses had a very strange smell. They will have to make a reform and invest a little in the comfort of the rooms. I have been to other *** hotels, but I give this one a ** at best.
No me gustaron las instalaciones, la limpieza basica… telarañas detras de la cortina, la cortina no podías tocarla de la suciedad que llevaba, los colchones tenían un olor muy raro. Tendrán que hacer una reforma e invertir un poco la comodidad de las habitaciones. He ido a otros hoteles de *** , pero a este como mucho le doy **
