El hotel está bastante bien ubicado, aunque no está entrada el centro tiene una entrada de metro muy cerca para ir hasta la Puerta del Sol y de ahí te mueves por todo el centro sin problemas. Calidad precio bastante bien y el desayuno tipo buffet muy rico y variado.
Como pega diría que los muebles están un poco viejos, un cambio de imagen y modernización no le vendría mal al hotel.
