La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. El personal, sin duda alguna...LO MEJOR!!!!.
El hotel necesita una reestructuración, empezando por reformar las habitaciones. También deben hacer más cómodo el hall del mismo, no hay donde sentarse porque sacan el mobiliario a la terraza exterior. Acotar la zona de la piscina, se cuela la gente de fuera.

Hotel en primera línea de playa con servicios básicos. No se corresponden estos con un cuatro estrellas.
No hay opción de media pensión en el hotel. No hay animación. Los recepcionistas no conocían mucho la zona por lo que con dificultad nos orientaron. Se disparó la alarma de incendios a las 4:30 de la madrugada y no pudimos contactar con recepción puesto que el teléfono no incluía el número que teníamos que marcar y la salida de emergencias estaba cerrada.

Las habitaciones son calurosas porque les dan el sol de tarde y tienen poco aislamiento acústico. El minibar no enfría lo suficiente y el mobiliario está algo deteriorado. De noche se escuchaba en las habitaciones música de las terrazas del propio hotel.

Que la habitacion reservada como estandar no disponía de espacio apenas, sin mesitas de noche, sin teléfono y con un cuadro de diferenciales de decoración, parecía una zona de servicio reutilizado ahora como habitacion. EL hotel es muy antiguo y con escaso mantenimiento.

Buena relación calidad precio. Excelente ubicación en San José, el hire está prácticamente en el paseo marítimo al lado del puerto deportivo. El personal era muy amable y nos recomendó varios sitios para visitar.
The pool closes at 8 o'clock, which seems a bit early in summer.
