Hemos ido a dos hoteles de está cadena y siempre nos deja gratamente sorprendidos la calidad y gran variedad de las comidas, además del sabor, está todo muy muy rico. El agua caliente no es estable, varia constantemente la temperatura por lo que te congelas o te quemas. Los ascensores son escasos y muy lentos para tantos huéspedes, unas filas tremendas para subir o bajar a cualquier hora por lo que acabas usando las escaleras. Esto es un problema si tienes que subir 3,4,5 plantas, llevas maletas o tienes problemas de movilidad. No quiero ni pensar lo que ocurrirá en Julio y Agosto con el hotel lleno. En el acceso al restaurante se forman bastantes colas. La comida es muy básica para un 4 estrellas, hay variedad pero todo con elaboraciones muy sencillas y calidad media/baja.
