Room dirty since we arrived, sociated sheets, I have photos, under the bed papers, we were not informed of anything at reception, the last day thanks to one of the waiter we learned that we had many services that we were not informed. The food was terrible, in the end we had to choose to eat out because even for animals it was not good.

Habitación sucia desde que llegamos, sábanas socias, tengo fotos, debajo de la cama papeles, no se nos informó de nada en recepción, el último día gracias a uno de los camarero supimos que teníamos muchos servicios de los que no se nos informó. 4.8 Andrés Travelled with couple May 2023 The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff was very friendly almost all of them. And the room we were given on the top floor with a large terrace away from the hustle and bustle of the pool.

First of all the food: it was battalion food. Everything was tasteless. The most delicious was what could be less cooked as salads and such... also very repetitive buffet almost always the same varying little things. Another thing I didn't like was that there were so many field trips, 16 year old kids making a fuss at all hours in the dining room, in the pool, in common areas of the hotel... another thing I didn't like was that they sell you an all inclusive when it is not: what is all inclusive according to the staff is the drinks from vending machines but you ask for a simple bottle of water and it is not included.Another thing I did not like was that for two days in a row they did not do the room, and on the second day because we called the reception and asked them to do it for us, otherwise nothing, another thing, I saw cockroaches in the hallway, in short ... a hotel nonsense. I do not recommend it at all.

En primer lugar la comida: era comida de batallón. Todo insípido. Lo más rico era aquello que pudiera estar menos cocinado como ensaladas y tal… además buffet muy repetitivo casi siempre lo mismo variando pequeñas cosas. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que hubiera tantos viajes de estudios, de crios de 16 años armando jaleo a todas horas en el comedor, en la piscina, en zonas comunes del hotel… otra cosa q no me gustó fue que te venden un todo incluido cuando no es así: lo q es todo incluido según el personal es la bebida de máquinas expendedoras pero pides una simple botella de agua y no está incluido.otra cosa que no me gustó por dos días seguidos no hicieron la habitación, y al segundo día porque llamamos a recepción y pedimos que nos la hicieran que sino nada, otra cosa, vi cucarachas en el pasillo, en fin… un despropósito de hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

7 Lídia Travelled with friends April 2023 The hotel service was good. The best part of the experience has been the treatment of the hotel staff, both cleaning, counter, bar and restaurant. The pool was very good, with enough sun loungers and umbrellas.

The quality of the buffet food and the variety are scarce. If you are a person (as in my case) vegan, vegetarian or with some kind of intolerance to animal protein, you have very few options beyond salads, french fries and pasta with tomato sauce. Junk food abounds: pizza, hamburgers, fried eggs, escalopes, sausages... but it's hard to eat healthy and hot. You would have to choose salad every day. There were no elaborate and light options, plus very little variety and difference in menu throughout the days. If you spend more than 3-4 days there, you might end up eating out, which makes the all-inclusive menu meaningless. The cocktails included in the all-inclusive are already prepared, they are shooter's cocktails, and they hardly contain any alcohol, they are all sugar. The alcohol included in the all-inclusive is very scarce, you need to pay a supplement for almost everything.

La calidad de la comida del bufet y la variedad son escasas. Si eres una persona (como en mi caso) vegana, vegetariana o con algún tipo de intolerancia a la proteína animal, tienes muy pocas opciones más allá de ensaladas, patatas fritas y pasta con salsa de tomate. Abunda la comida "basura": pizza, hamburguesas, huevos fritos, escalopas, longanizas... pero cuesta mucho comer sano y caliente. Tendrías que escoger todos los días ensalada. No había opciones elaboradas y ligeras, además de muy poca variedad y diferencia de menú a lo largo de los días. Si pasas allí más de 3-4 días, quizás acabas optando por comer fuera, con lo cual el todo incluido pierde sentido. Los cocteles que entran en el todo incluido están ya preparados, son de tirador, y a penas llevan alcohol, son todo azúcar. El alcohol que entra en el todo incluido es muy escaso, necesitas pagar un suplemento para prácticamente todo.

No me ha gustado que pongáis TODO INCLUIDO y cuando llego allí en la carta tenian lo q estaba incluido y eran pocas cosas, por poneros un ejemplo, si pedía un patcharan, no lo estaba y así con muchas cosas, al final nos adaptamos, pero si yo leo Todo incluido, entiendo q aunque sean segundas marcas lo va a estar, otro ejemplo, si pedía un café de cafetera tampoco estaba incluido, solo el de sus maquinas dispensadores.
