General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: 1st child stays for FREE.
Except from 01-05-2024 to 31-10-2024:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: 1st child benefits from a 40% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 3 people per room. Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single occupancy surcharge: is approximately 20%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- Whenever the accommodation has availability, they will provide you with a bed, a feeder and a drinker, great!
- To coordinate with the cleaning service, you will have to notify reception when your pet is not inside so they can clean.
- If you are staying with your furry friend, your room will be on the first or second floor: these are the floors that the hotel assigns to guests traveling with pets.

Me parece genial que tengan una planta para inmigrantes pero me parece fatal que estén todo el día en el holl sentados en la puerta impidiendo el paso y ya no hablemos de las escaleras para el comedor se sientan y contal dejan un paso escaso para una persona por el medio de malas maneras da una imagen fatal muy buena la labor humanitaria pero deberían explicarles que según que zonas deberían respetarlas para los huespedes

The food was very bad, poor quality, poorly cooked, we had 2 out of 5 dinners. In cleaning the bathroom we stained a shirt with bleach.......y could continue but I think this is enough...... recommend looking for another hotel for the location.
Comida malísima , mala calidad mal cocinado , de 5 cenas hicimos 2 . En limpieza del baño nos mancharon una camiseta con lejía.......y podría continuar pero creo q con esto es suficiente...... recomiendo buscar otro hotel por la ubicación.

El hotel se nota que tiene sus años, está arreglado pero no reformado. Pero quizás eso es lo qur lo hace economico, porque he de decir que sus servicios funcionan a la perfección, el personal muy cercano y sobre todo recalcaria que un 10 en limpieza, y otro 10 en ubicación. Lo recomiendo, lo repetiría sin dudar y estoy encantada, ojalá me pudiera haber quedado más días.

Muy buen trato por el personal, habitaciones muy guays y bonitas vistas
Cockroaches, we were surprised that they went up to the 10th floor. And the buffet, well, like everything else the food was not bad but it was always scarce.
