Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
If you stay between June 1st and 22nd or between September 3rd and October 1st:
- Children from 0 to 4 years old, they can stay for FREE sharing bed with parents. They will not have their own bed.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old: the first child travels FREE, and the second one, with a 75% discount.
- If you travel full board, during the booking process you will see a small surcharge per night for this regime.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
If you are traveling between June 23 and September 2:
- Children 0-4 years old, they can stay for FREE sharing bed with parents. They will not have their own bed.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old:
- If you choose Half Board: the 1st child will have a 75% discount and the second, a 50% discount.
- If you choose Full Board: the 1st child will have a 70% discount and the second child a 45% discount. The hotel applies a surcharge for full board, and therefore this percentage may vary slightly.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 persons:
- Travelling with children? Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children/baby .
- It isNOT possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children + 1 infant in the same room. The accommodation does not allow exceptions.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 3 adults.
- Travelling with children? Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children/baby .
- The surcharge for the single room is approximately 24€ per night and room, you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

About the water park:

The park is scheduled open from May 31 to September 14. Please note that this is the schedule for this season, however, it may be modified without prior notice due to weather conditions.

The water park is a large landscaped area with a playground for children and several Water Slides up to 9 meters high.

The minimum height to access the Water Slides is 1,10m.

The park will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is the most common in summer! In case the park is closed, no refund will be possible.

According to what is on the website it is a 4-star, and it does not even reach 2, a very old hotel and only received a coat of paint, small room and not even a sad mini fridge to have something cool, very limited food variety.

Two families were going with your same offer, purchased with the same link, and they separated us into two hotels. We were in the Garbí Park and they were in the Gran Garbí. We requested a single hotel and the evening receptionist at the Garbí Park (with a beard) was very unfriendly and unpleasant, without looking or considering options to solve it. The director and reception staff of the Gran Garbí hotel were a 10, and even though we couldn't move to their hotel, they allowed us to have all the remaining meals and dinners together.

Íbamos dos familias con vuestra misma oferta, comprado con el mismo link, y nos separaron de hotel. Nosotros en el Garbí park y el ellos en el Gran Garbí. Solicitamos un único hotel y el recepcionista de tarde del Garbí Park (con barba) fue muy antipático y desagradable, sin mirar ni consultar opciones para solucionarlo. Director y personal de recepción del hotel Gran Garbí un 10 que aunque no pudimos trasladarnos a su hotel, nos permitieron hacer las comidas y cenas restantes todos juntos.

Nos gustó muchísimo que tenga toboganes, nuestros hijos disfrutaron mucho por eso volveré en san Juan. Nos encantó también el tema comida que tengan HALAL ya que nosotros comemos solo Halal y eso es un punto muy importante para nosotros. Este hotel en general estamos encantados.
