Al principio todo parecía de Rosa, todo el mundo ponía buena cara y se mostraban muy atentos. Este fue el principio, luego las cosas cambiaron. Es sitio es bonito, la gente por lo general muy amable!

Desde el primer día en la habitación tuvimos problemas. Las puertas del armario se bloquearon, intentamos arreglarlos pero fue imposible, tuvimos que avisar Recepción. El ruido de fuera fue algo imposible de aguantar, por las noches se hacía fiesta hasta las tantas!!!!! Seguimos con la Habitación, todos los días faltaba algo, cuando había toallas, no había jabón, cuando había jabón, no había agua. Y así todos los días,......, es imposible ser un Hotel de 4 *sin Agua, sin jabón o gel en la habitación, con tan solo 1 toalla grande por persona y una pequeña compartida. Eso sí los tenía porque más de 1 ves nos tocó buscar al servicio de limpieza y pedir por lo menos 1 más porque con tan solo 1 que había no daba a basto para las 2 personas. Avisamos recepción que no tuvimos y que no querían cambiarlas a pesar de haber pasado 2 días con la misma toalla tanto para la cara como para los pies. Nos ofrecieron toallas de playa que ellos otras no tenían!!!. El entorno por fuera es bonito y cuidado pero las habitaciones por dentro dejan mucho que desear. Los armarios tenían las puertas estropeadas, los cajones todos nececitaban de una buena manutención etc. Nos quedamos sin Aqua en varias ocasiones, o las pocas que habían no había presión. No se podía utilizar el baño porque sin agua.... Ya me dirás!!!! La ventana del baño no se podía abrir!!! Todo un desastre de habitación! En el Restaurante al principio todo muy bonito y bien, en los últimos días había cambiado todo, terminabas de comer y aún no te habían ofrecido 1 vaso con Aqua para no hablar de otras cosas. Si los llamas a la atención pasan de ti, andan uno detrás del otro cantando y bailando,..., un total descontrol!! No hay nadie que los supervise y por ellos mismos no hacen nada de nada!!!
