Me ha encantado los desayunos, con un chez que te hacía al instante lo que querías (cocina a la plancha). Cada día podíamos pedir tortillas o tortitas, el cocinero de los más amable y atento. Los zumos eran naturales y el cafe de Nespresso. Tenían miel natural y toda clase de frutas naturales algunas cortadas y otras enteras. En bufette de desayuno completo y fantástico. Las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza correcta.

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, está al lado del puerto, del centro, de la almanzaba y tiene numerosos parking cerca.
La habitación era antigua, los colchones eran nuevos pero las paredes de gotelé y el mueble del televisor estaba roto y astillado. El mini-bar no funcionaba, no hay caja fuerte para dejar tus pertenencias más valiosas. La limpieza HORRIBLE, el baño estaba lleno de pelos tanto la bañera como el bidé, la escayola del techo estaba rota y las llaves de agua sin envellecedores ni nada, en bruto. La organización no es eficiente, llegamos y pedimos meter el coche en el parking y no sabían si tenían o no hueco libre. Tuvimos que esperar a que bajas en para comprobarlo y finalmente no había. El desyuno tipo buffet, sorprende por su amplia variedad, pero 45 min antes de finalizar el desayuno no reponían. No había pan, tube que pedir que me pusiesen pan y el jefe de sala no me prestó atención, un camarero amable me atendió y sacó pan pero totalmente congelado, lo metió de nuevo pero lo volvió a sacar congelado. Le pedí al chef mantequilla y me contestó con aire déspota que eso es lo que había! (Margarina).... estuve 40 minutos sin poder desayunar y finalmente me rendí y Tube que comformarme con los restos que había. Llegué a pensar que había una cámara oculta porque no era normal lo que estaba ocurriendo. Hablé con el director del hotel y aunque fue amable al escuchar mis quejas, no me quitaron el malestar de tan solo 1 noche!! Sin duda NO es un hotel de 4 estrellas y agradecí que mi estancia fuera tan corta.

Lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal y la limpieza. El hotel es nuevo y todo está muy bien cuidado, el desayano buffet tenia muchisima variedad y todo estaba delicioso. Las camas son muy comodas y las habitaciones bastante grandes. En general me ha encantado todo.
No hay nada de hotel que no me haya gustado, por decir algo, cuando llegamos el parking estaba completo pero en seguida nos ubicaron otro parking muy cerca del hotel por solo 6.65€ el día completo.
