Es muy tranquilo, la zona exterior de jardines y piscinas estaban muy cuidados, se disfrutan mucho. El personal es muy atento y amable. La situación, para moverte por el Algarve en coche está muy bien y cerca hay playas espectaculares. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Estuvimos una semana en este hotel con servicio a media pensión. El hotel destaca por tener muy buenas instalaciones, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas y zonas ajardinadas muy agradables y bonitas. La comida, tanto desayuno como cena con buena calidad. Gran potencial, recomendable.

El servicio de restauración no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas: errores repetidos en las cuentas de bebidas y una gran falta de atención en el restaurante, en varias ocasiones nos sentimos ignorados y mal atendidos. Por otro lado, también tuvimos problemas con el servicio de limpieza (uno de los días que tocaba limpieza, nos la encontramos sin hacer al mediodia y solicitamos que la hicieran porque queríamos descansar después de comer. Se nos hizo caso omiso y vinieron a las 16h de la tarde, entorpeciendo la siesta y dejándonos la habitación sin limpiar, solo con un cambio de toallas, que reclamamos para el lavabo. Son detalles que restan.

Nos ha encantado todo. Su localización apartada hace que sea ideal para ir con coche y descansar y disfrutar de su enclave. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, con muchas opciones y si quieres un café mejor que el de maquina, puedes pedirlo a los camareros sin abonar extra. Además dan agua fría sin problema, te ofrecen una botella de cortesía en la habitación que puedes ir rellenando en el restaurante. La piscina también fantástica, con toallas para poder utilizar.

Las Villas eran muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas y grandes. Desayuno buffet de muy buena calidad. Zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido y si quieres un café de mejor calidad se lo puedes pedir al personal. Buenas zona para conocer el Algarve, a unos 10 minutos en coche de Carvoeiro. Con dos piscinas, una más grande y otra pequeña. Minigolf y personal muy atento y amable. Autobuses que te bajan al pueblo.
