El alojamiento es bastante bueno por lo que a la casa se refiere (piscina, cocina, habitaciones, baños, salón), casa bastante grande, cómoda y habitable. La isla es espectacular, recomendable 100%.

Me costó mucho ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento, e incluso no llegué hablar con ellos directamente, solo llegué a contactar con un hotel el que también es de la misma compañía, pero directamente con el personal y alojamiento no. Igualmente al personal de Buscounchollo.com le pasó igual que a mi y no lograban ponerse en contacto con ellos. El alojamiento dice ser un resort de 4 estrellas y no lo es, yo diría que un 3 estrellas, cuando entras a la urbanización y descubres la recepción te da buena sensación, pero a la hora de entrar no, ya que no puedes entrar antes de las 16h, aunque las villas estén limpias y listas. Además si quieres dejar las maletas en la recepción hasta que te den la villa y así mientras hacer otras cosas, no te las guardan ni te las vigilan, ya que solo las ponen a la entrada de la recepción y detrás de un biombo sin que la persona que está en recepción logre verlas desde su posición. La limpieza es cada 4 días, esto no sería importante si en la villa tuviera cepillo de barrer y recogedor, fregona y cubo, y demás utensilios de limpieza para que tu mismo puedas mantener la villa limpia los días que no va la limpieza del alojamiento. Muy pocos utensilios de cocina y varios en mal estado. El personal de limpieza intenta entrar a la villa aunque estés dentro de ella. e incluso el señor de la piscina va hacer gestiones a las 8 o 9 de la mañana aunque estés durmiendo! (cosa que nos pasó a nosotros). También vimos varias hormigas y cucarachas. Todo esto no hace que el alojamiento sea un 4 estrellas y mucho menos un resort como ellos dicen
