El personal es encantador. Y es muy tranquilo.
The mattress was old and uncomfortable. They should renew the furniture. The pool is very unused, there are areas that should be fixed.

The hotel was old, the food was not worth anything, the first breakfast we did not get all the food because supposedly there were some who ate everything like piranhas, at night in August the air did not work and the receptionist gave me a table fan, I do not understand how they charged us so much for that.

We booked a quadruple room, through busco un chollo, the hotel does not offer this service, busco un chollo changed us to two double rooms, on different floors, we were going with two little girls, very bad. The pool was very small.

El servicio es muy atento y simpático.
The truth is that it is quite normal, it is a little fair if you go with children. The buffet there are only two things to choose from and the salad. In a menu you have more variety. Besides being in the center of lloret is impossible to park if you do not pay.

No nos ha gustado nada
As much as I have thought about it I have not been able to get anything good out of the hotel. You arrive and there is no parking, something we already knew, but if you have a hotel that has no parking and there is nothing nearby you could at least offer or give directions on where to park. I understand that they may be new owners or they may be too big to manage a hotel. But if you are in the hotel business and you know that the rooms are not your forte, at least a 10 service. The dining room more than 30 people do not enter and it is a hotel that has 50 rooms. Do not offer a dinner service because you will not be able to give that service medium well. On top of that, they sell it to you as a family hotel.... Well, I can't recommend it to anyone. Mattresses of 15 cm and springs .... Swimming pool on the roof.... green water, even my 10 year old nephew told me: "I'm not going in just in case". I just can't say anything good at all. I am very sorry.
Por mucho que le he dado vueltas no he podido sacar nada bueno del hotel. Llegas y no hay parking , algo que ya sabíamos pero si tienes un hotel que no tiene parking y no hay nada cerca por lo menos podrías ofrecer o dar indicaciones por donde poder aparcar. Entiendo que puede que sean dueños nuevos o que les vaya grande el gestionar un hotel. Pero si estas en la hostelería y sabes que las habitaciones no son tu fuerte, por lo menos un servicio de 10. El comedor más de 30 personas no entran y es un hotel que tiene 50 habitaciones. No ofrezcas un servicio de cenas por que no vas a poder dar ese servicio mediana mente bien. Encima te lo venden como familiar... Bueno, no se lo puedo recomendar a nadie. Colchones de 15 cm y de muelles.... Piscina en la azotea.... agua verde, hasta mi sobrino con 10 años me dijo: " No entro por si acaso". Es que no puedo decir nada de nada bueno. Lo siento mucho.
