 10 Marta Travelled with family March 2021 The breakfast buffet was very complete and everything was delicious. The treatment of the staff was excellent. The detail to play music in the bathroom was very nice.
El buffet del desayuno era muy completo y estaba todo buenísimo. El trato del personal ha sido excelente. El detalle para poner música en el baño me gustó mucho.
We couldn't go up to the terrace because it was closed, but the hotel staff opened the gym for us to see it. No problem!
No pudimos subir a la terraza porque estaba cerrada, pero el personal del hotel nos abrió el gimnasio para verlo. ¡Ninguna pega!

The only drawback may be the view from our room, as it overlooked the Chamartín station open field.

Breakfast. It is an a la carte buffet, but there was only one waitress and it took us forever to have breakfast.... as there was only one person attending, it took a long time to serve and bring what we ordered.
