En sí la zona es tranquila, da a unas casas y por suerte la gente es tranquila, tiene una especie de terracita comedor cerrada. En 15 minutos o así andando están en la playa. Hay una cafetería cerca francesa que hace unas pizzitas geniales.

La cocina es muy pequeña, no hay sitio para dejar las cosas, las ventanas que dan a la calle y a la habitación no cierran bien por lo que en invierno puede ser frío de más.
