The hotel as a whole needs renovations. The facilities are outdated, old, and worn out. The buffet is a disaster. It’s not normal for there to be only one griddle for meat and another for fish when there are so many people. The same goes for the hot breakfast dishes. In the end, there are huge lines to get freshly cooked meat or fish, or some fried eggs or freshly made pancakes. If the most popular jams are strawberry and peach, it’s better to have two containers of each flavor so there’s more for everyone, rather than four containers with four different flavors (strawberry, peach, plum, and bitter orange) and end up running out of the ones people want most. During peak hours, they should bring in more staff. This would also help with directing people to tables at the dining hall entrance and prevent the long lines that form. Since there are two identical buildings, they could distribute the staff between the two and set up two dining halls, one in each building.
