9.7 Eveline Travelled with family August 2020 The hotel we stayed at was fully booked. The bedrooms were very clean and themed for children. There was a lot of variety to choose from both at dinner and breakfast, as they had an open buffet. The rides in the park were great for the kids, as they were never bored. The miniature golf is great for the whole family. There is also a big pool where you can spend the day and in the evening there is a show. In my opinion, if you don't want to, you don't need to leave the hotel. You have everything you need there and more. The staff was very friendly and the anti-COVID hygiene measures were quite strict. It is the best choice for a family holiday !

El hotel en el que nos alojamos estaba completo. Las habitaciones estsban muy limpias y con temàtica para niños. Había mucha variedad entre la que escoger tanto en la cena como en el desayuno, dado que tenian un buffet libre. Las atracciones del parque eran ideales para los niños, dado que así no se podían aburrir en ningín momento. El minigolf es genial para toda la familia. Hay también una piscina grande en la que puedes pasar el día y por la noche hay algún espectáculo. Vamos, en mi opinión, si no quieres, no hace falta que salgas del hotel. Tienes allí todo lo que necesitas y más. El personal fue muy amable y las medidas de higiene anti-COVID eran bastante estrictas. Es la mejor elección para pasar las vacaciones en familia !

The only downside I can put on it, although the hotel is 4 stars, as for the room it would deserve as 2-3. There are no cleaning products other than soap and shampoo and despite having stayed only 2 nights, they did not clean the room nor did they bring us new towels (but we did not ask for them either so...) even so, upon arrival everything was tidy and clean in the room.

La única pega que le puedo poner, aunque el hotel es de 4 estrellas, en cuanto a la habitación se merecería como 2-3. No hay más productos de limpieza que jabón y champú y a pesar de haber estado solo 2 noches, no nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos trajeron nuevas toallas (pero nosotros tampoco las pedimos así que...) aún así, al llegar estaba todo ordenado y limpio en la habitación.

9 Elia Travelled with family August 2020 The pools, all the themed decoration and very well cared for, the theme park great for kids, the minigolf deluxe. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, no car park problems.

I don't know if it is because of COVID 19 but there was little variety of food at the buffet. Few waiters to serve it so there were queues. But everything was good and you could eat as much as you wanted. There are two areas where they cook live and that was where the queues were the longest. We missed the themed dinners. There were no snacks to eat mid-morning or as a snack as they said in the all-inclusive.

No sé si será por motivo de la COVID 19 pero había poca variedad de comida en el buffet. Pocos camareros para servirlo con lo que se forman colas. Pero estaba todo bueno y podías comer cuanto quisieras. Hay dos zonas que te cocinan en vivo y era donde más colas se formaban. Se echa de menos las cenas temáticas. No había snacks para poder comer algo a media mañana o de merienda como decían en el todoincluido.

It's not very relevant, but the performance of Abba and Lovellers.... was pitiful. They were almost unlistenable. The rest of the performances: juggling, bubbles and magic were great. Es lamentable, que siendo españoles y supuestamente con los mimos derechos, iguales ante la ley, etc....,tengamos que pagar un impuesto de turista por estar en otra comunidad. ¿Cobramos el resto de autonomías a las demás? 10 Pablo Travelled with family August 2020 I've been traveling with Buscounchollo for years... And this is, without hesitation, the biggest deal we have ever found... Because this offer can't be called anything else but CHOLLAZO. Hotel of the Meliá chain with all that this implies. Quality, staff, facilities and raw equipment . Very valid personnel. From the lady who prepared and cleaned our room daily with care (I don't remember her name) to the guy who organized the restaurant, to Ventura, Edu and Macarena in animation.... You are all great! In the dining room I have been able to eat lamb stew, grilled veal a couple of days, typical Majorcan ensaimada stuffed with hair and cream, etc... Those who complain about the queues, if they went a little earlier they would have it sorted out.... But of course, they all wanted to have dinner at 22:00 without queues during the pandemic season, they know that the tables must be disinfected before using them again... Little have they traveled, it seems to me.... In the facilities there is a water park (included in the price) and an amusement park with several 6D attractions (also included) where the children had a great time... Llevo años viajando con Buscounchollo... Y este es, sin dudarlo, el mayor chollo que jamás hemos encontrado... Porque no a esta oferta no se la pueda llamar de otra manera que CHOLLAZO. Hotel de la cadena Meliá con todo lo que ello supone. Calidad, personal, instalaciones y materia prima. Personal muy válido. Desde la Sra. que preparaba y limpiaba con mimo nuestra habitación a diario (no recuerdo su nombre) al chico que organizaba el restaurante, pasando por Ventura, Edu y Macarena en animación... Sois todos unos cracks! En el comedor he podido llegar a comer caldereta de cordero, ternera a la plancha un par de días, ensaimada típica de Mallorca rellena de cabello y crema, etc... Los que se quejan de las colas, con ir un poquito antes lo tenían solucionado.... Pero claro, querían cenar todos a las 22:00 sin colas en época de pandemia, que saben que hay que desinfectar las mesas antes de volver a usarlas... Poco han viajado, me parece a mí... En las instalaciones hay un parque acuático (incluido en el precio) y un parque de atracciones con varias atracciones 6D (también incluido) donde los niños se lo pasaban de miedo... Pulserita todo incluído donde también se incluyen bebidas alcohólicas en el bar de la piscina o el de los espectáculos nocturnos... Y todo por ciento y poco de euros la noche... Esto es lo que se llama un REGALO!!!! Gracias a tod@s por unas vacaciones inolvidables, de todo corazón!!!! Gracias también a BUSCOUNCHOLLO!!!

4.7 Tainá Travelled with couple August 2020 The facilities for children are quite good.

The lack of information about the facilities by the reception, the lack of staff. The buffet was a complete disaster, queues of 25 minutes to be served. La falta de información sobre las instalaciones por parte de los de recepción, la falta de personal. El bufet un completo desastre, colas para que te sirvan de 25min. Todos los días tuve que montar la mesa con servilletas y cubiertos porque si no tendría que estar esperando 15min. Hace falta más orden en todo. No todo tenemos que poner la culpa en el Covid. Los baños olían a tuberías, las toallas a guardado, ponía el aire a 24°C para dormir y el aire no bajaba de unos 27°C.. No volveré.
