Ubicación frente al mar, aunque con las dimensiones del hotel, había más de 1 km desde la habitación hasta la playa, pasando por todas las instalaciones del hotel: piscinas, bares, recepción, etc...

La amabilidad del personal no compensa las carencias de la habitación ni los servicios prestados. - Falta de toallas en el baño varios días - Aire Acondicionado con muy mal funcionamiento (ruidoso y falta de presión de gas, por lo que no enfriaba suficientemente) Comidas del restaurante muy repetitivas. Los mismos platos TODOS los días: pollo y cerdo. No ví nada de ternera y el único pescado era bonito, siempre a la plancha. El único restaurante que podíamos comer no reponía comida UNA HORA antes del cierre, apagaban el aire acondicionado y retiraban los platos de la mesa aún sin haber terminado. Era muy estresante comer o cenar. Falta de personal en los bares que se saturaban en horas puntas, debiendo pasar mucho tiempo para pedir cualquier consumición. Other guests in the same range conditions as us, had alternatives to move in the same way as me their complaints as dinner at another restaurant in another hotel (some under the signature of a document not to transfer these incidents or put negative reviews on any network). The difference has been that they are two adults and we are an adult with a teenager. why this discrimination? After 6 days to treat us the same as the rest of the guests in the same range, hours before departure, they offer us a Balinese bed. Shameful! Very badly managed. La sorpresa fue que sólo podíamos ir al Atlantis y una sola noche (el Viernes), la reserva de El Rancho nos la ofrecían fuera de nuestra estancia. Tampoco funcionaba el traslado gratuito que se me confirmó por mail que ofrecía el hotel hasta Santa María. Permutaron y suspendieron espectáculos sin previo aviso. Al trasladar la información mediante mail al hotel para buscar una solución (el mismo día de la reserva) me contestan que es por temas de Covid. Contestación nada profesional y nada humana con la que nos ha caído (¿por Covid nos concentran a todos en la misma zona? ¿sabe el Covid dónde si y dónde no infectar? además, en el momento que hemos estado no hay normativas Covid). Respuesta nada acertada. Otros huéspedes en las mismas condiciones de categoría que nosotras, tuvieron alternativas al trasladar en la misma vía que yo sus quejas como cena en otro restaurante de otro hotel (algunos bajo la firma de un documento de no trasladar estos incidentes ni de poner críticas negativas en ninguna red). La diferencia ha sido que ellos son dos adultos y nosotras un adulto con un adolescente. ¿por qué esta discriminación? Después de 6 días para tratarnos igual que al resto de los huéspedes en la misma categoría, horas antes de la partida, nos ofrecen una cama balinesa. Vergonzoso! Muy mal gestionado. Tengo experiencia de muchos años con la cadena Meliá y en diferentes categorías. La situación que vivimos no es para nada de esta cadena hotelera.
