Located in the town of Rialp, in the Lleida Pyrenees.

Como nota positiva, el personal del hotel fue correcto, y no nos pusieron ninguna pega en el cambio de habitación. Entendemos que el problema se extiende mucho más allá del personal y el hotel necesita unos cambios y reformas radicales, los cuales no parecen que vayan a llegar en breve. Por eso, no podemos recomendar este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. Cualquier otro hotel, incluso de 2 estrellas, superará en todos los sentidos al Snö. Por lo tanto: nö, nö vayáis.

El hotel tiene para mejorar por cualquier sitio. Nada más llegar, nos dan una habitación con dos camas y una litera con dos camas extra, cuando éramos 2 personas. La habitación estaba llena de chorretones en las paredes, moscas volando por ella y un olor a cerrado que nos cuesta entender que exista, teniendo en cuenta que la habitación debería de estar limpia y preparada. Para colmo, la cisterna estaba estropeada. Nos cambiaron la habitación, esta algo mejor, aunque ya pudimos ver que el mantenimiento en general del hotel deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones no tienen detector de humos, tampoco puedes cerrar la puerta desde dentro con llave, ni se dispone del típico papel para indicar si quieres que te limpien la habitación o no, nada tiene sentido. Los pasillos están con paredes agrietadas, rotas, algunas se caen literalmente a trozos, lo mismo con las puertas, muchas viejas, rotas o sin pomo, puertas incluso de otros colores y formas, hasta el cartelito que indica el número de habitación cambia de estilo y formato según el lugar del hotel en el que te encuentres, podría perfectamente llamarse el hotel Frankenstein, porque parece que esté hecho a trozos y con las sobras de otros. Por no gastar, hasta mantienen las toallas con el antiguo logo del hotel RV, supongo que comprar nuevas y estamparle el SNö se les iba del presupuesto. En la planta 2 hay una manguera de incendios con el cristal roto, debieron de pensar que lo más seguro era ponerle un par de celos mal puestos y asunto arreglado. La fachada por fuera, más de lo mismo, hay partes que se caen y están desprendidas, incluso había una parte con barreras para no pasar por el peligro de desprendimiento de una terraza, en la que se podían observar los hierros de la estructura interna que no deberían de ser visibles. El Buffet, exceptuando alguna comida que estaba buena, extremadamente escaso, no respetan el horario del buffet y empiezan a recoger pronto. En el desayuno del último día, a las 9.30 tenían 4 bandejas vacías que nunca más repusieron, y se habían quedado sin pan, pero el horario del desayuno indican que es claramente hasta las 10 am. Con las cenas, más de lo mismo, calidad general bastante justa, poca variedad, plancha muy limitada. Otra cosa que nos llamó la atención, los trabajadores empiezan a llenarse sus propios platos de comida en el Buffet. Entendemos lógicamente que han de comer, pero nos pareció una escena bastante insólita que mientras la gente todavía no ha terminado de comer ellos comiencen a llenarse sus platos de comida y a pasearse por el Buffet con el turno de comida todavía sin terminar. Por último, nada más realizar el check in, nos piden confirmar una hora para la estancia de 1h en el spa, que viene incluido con la estancia. Tal y como nos comentó el recepcionista, para poder controlar el aforo que no se concentre todo el mundo en el mismo horario. Nuestra sorpresa al bajar el spa fue doble, no solo no había nadie controlando la entrada y el aforo, sino que la piscina estaba bastante llena de gente, y para rematar, el jacuzzi estaba cubierto con una tela azul, es decir, totalmente inoperativo. Como de spa eso tenía poco, decidimos no entrar porque realmente nada de lo que vimos nos llamó la atención, y eso que nos apetecía hacerlo.
