La atención del personal.
The only problem was that the parking (for which I had a special discount) did not work, and we had to go to another parking lot in the area on our own. They could have warned us before making the trip.
El único problema que el parking (por el que tenía un descuento especial) no funcionaba, y tuvimos que ir a otro parking de la zona por nuestra cuenta. Podían haber avisado antes de hacer el viaje.

Excellent 9.7 María Del Carmen Travelled with couple July 2022 The breakfast buffet was wonderful especially the cheesecake, the bed in the room was very big and very comfortable, we will be back for sure very happy.

Very good 9.3 Carmen Travelled with couple July 2021 The bed was great and the breakfast amazing with lots of stuff, the attention of the staff and pretty much everything.
La cama estaba genial y el desayuno increíble con muchas cosas, la atención del personal y prácticamente todo.
They wouldn't let us go to the spa because we arrived on a Saturday at 1:00 and they were closing at 2:00 until Monday. It was a bit of a disappointment because we really wanted to go.
No nos dejaron ir al spa porque llegamos un sábado a la 1 y cerraban a las dos hasta el lunes. Fue un poco decepción porque nos quedamos con muchas ganas de ir.
