El personal del hotel en general muy amable. Juan manuel es un maquina, te alegraba el dia solo con verlo!!

La limpieza al entrar en la habitación se notaba que habían echo una limpieza demasiado escueta, en el espejo aun se veían cosas escritas de los anteriores huéspedes, pelos etc.. el alcohol no lleva alcohol jajaja parece de coña pero es real puedes beber todo lo que quieras e ir mas sereno que nunca, la comida estaba rica pero muy repetitiva y echan especias a cosas que no las necesitan estropeando el plato, la animación brillaba por su ausencia, muy poco currado para la cantidad de personas que eramos.. nos daban envidia los hoteles de al lado que se escuchaba a la gente aplaudir y pasarlo bien, mientras que en el nuestro solo venia gente a cantar (todo en ingles claro..) y cuando acababa todo en silecio,éramos de los pocos españoles hospedados allí y nos sentimos que éramos los guiris nosotros, meten colchonetas gigantes en la piscina ( de los clientes) dejando un espacio mínimo para poderte meter y poco mas, el agua con el TI no te lo podías subir a la habitación porque las botellas te la cobran, cosa que veo fatal porque es agua..

Hotel cerca de la playa a unos 700m (había autobús gratuito desde el hotel y ni lo utilizamos ya que íbamos con poco peso) y sin aglomeración de turistas en los bares o establecimientos de los alrededores. Comida y limpieza muy buena. La opción de tener además del restaurante 'normal' un "Restaurante Snack" con horarios diferentes viene muy bien para compaginar las actividades personales y aprovechar el Todo concluido. Buena variedad de bebidas.

- La habitación sería perfecta con minibar. -Si eres fumador/a echarás de menos una zona de fumadores mayor (era muy pequeña y sin opción de sombra alguna), ya que sí llaman la atención por fumar en el resto del hotel aunque estés al aire libre. -Las normas del hotel no dejan reservar hamacas dejando la toalla sin estar allí, pero la mayoría lo hacían y no les llamaban la atención por ello. -En la piscina hay zona delimitada para el uso las colchonetas, pero no lo respetaban y tampoco les llamaban la atención por ello.

Personal muy amable por lo general, pero hubo un par de dias que nos llamaron la atencion al bajar a comer por ir en tirantes y luego veias un monton de gente en tirantes que no les decian nada… el dia de salida saliamos tempranos nos ofrecieron reservarnos desayuno, nos despertamos antes para desayunas y cuando vamos solo nos dejaban coger de un platos con literalemente 5 lonchas de jamon york y 5 se salchichon con dos panes, y diras bueno por lo menos algo es algo pero es que a 2 pasos tenian ya el desayuno normal preparado para cuando se abriera 30 mins mas tarde… me parece muy cutre que no me dejes coger dos trozos de sandia y un yogur que tienes ya listo… por otro lado las tumbonas en la piscina todas muy muy muy juntas unas de otras. El gimnasio justito y basico pero bien, las camas de las habitaciones incomodas.
