6.3 Marta Travelled with family September 2022 The staff was very friendly and willing. The food was very good although sometimes it varied little, but not bad.
El personal muy amable y dispuesto. La comida muy buena aunque a veces variaba poco, pero no está mal.
The rooms need an improvement, you could not see the TV, of 8 channels that only had only 1 could be seen (more or less ...), the rest forget, we who went with 2 little girls could not put drawings because there was no channel. They should consider putting Wiffi in the rooms, because today and more in a 4 * hotel, wherever you go they have Wiffi.
Las habitaciones necesitan una mejora, no se podía ver la Tv, de 8 canales que solo tenían solo 1 se podía ver (mas o menos...), el resto olvídate, nosotros que fuimos con 2 niñas pequeñas no pudimos ponerles dibujos porque no había ningún canal. Deberían de plantearse el poner Wiffi en las habitaciones, ya que hoy en día y más en un Hotel de 4*, vayas a donde vayas tienen Wiffi.

Every day I had to go to change the key, as it did not open the room. The noise of the pool with music until 1 am, children running in the hallway at 00.00 at night, dogs barking in the hallway (hotel allowed pets).

The food was not very varied and the dessert was 2 cakes to choose from, the rest was fruit and custard. The rooms are a bit old and leaky in the bathroom.

Las vistas del hotel muy buenas y el personal.
The television in the rooms were not seen there was no signal almost never and super old and the cleanliness of the rooms depending on who did it there were days that was clean and other days that scrubbed with dirty water because it smelled bad, the food was not bad but very little variety, the elevators had to wait a lot to be able to get up there are only two, better to have a room on a lower floor because anyway all the rooms have good views and sea views the pool area to go down to the slides there were a lot of stairs and to go down to the other if there was an elevator that also took you to the slides but you had to go around more in general to be a 4 star hotel leaves much to be desired super old everything needs to improve a lot of things will not repeat.
La television de las habitaciones no se veian no habia señal casi nunca y super antigua y la limpieza de las habitaciones segun quien la hiciera habia dias que estaba limpia y otros dias que fregaban con agua sucia porque olia mal, la comida no estaba mala pero muy poca variedad,los ascensores tenias que esperar un monton para poderte subir solo hay dos, mejor tener una habitacion en planta mas baja por que de todos modos todas las habitaciones tienen buenas vistas y al mar la zona de las piscinas para bajar a la de los toboganes habia un monton de escaleras y para bajar a la otra si habia un ascensor que tambien te llevaba a la de los toboganes pero habia que dar mas vuelta en general para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear super antiguo todo necesita mejorar bastantes cosas no repetire.
