About the accommodation

The Sea Villas Country Village complex is located in Punta su Torrione, on a hill with spectacular views of the sea and only 7 km from Stintino.

Stintino is characterized by a surprising setting: it is a land bridge between two seas. The west coast is high and rugged and hides beautiful coves of sand and pebbles. The east coast is in the inner part of the gulf. It is home to the famous and wonderful beach of La Pelosa which, like many other coves in Sardinia, is characterized by: bright blue waters, fine white sand and shallow waters of several meters.

This paradise is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation and is guarded by the ruins of the Aragonese tower from the 16th century. The beach seems to stretch out to embrace the spectacular Asinara Island: a national park since 1997 and a protected area since 2002. Asinara Island is a wild and unspoiled Mediterranean oasis that can be explored by boat, bike, jeep or horseback.

Next, we explain the distribution of the villas:

- Villa 4 people (60 m 2 ): the villa has a living room with a double sofa bed; a bedroom with two beds or a double bed; American kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge and toaster; and fully-equipped bathroom with bathtub.

- Villa 4 people IN (60 m 2 ): the villa has a living room with a double sofa bed; a bedroom with two beds or a double bed; American kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge and toaster; and fully-equipped bathroom with bathtub. Shared pool.

- Villa 6 people IN (85 m 2 ): the villa has a living room with a double sofa bed; a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with a double bed; American kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge and toaster; and fully-equipped bathroom with bathtub. Shared pool.

All the villas are furnished in a simple style and are located in different parts of the complex, in a well-kept natural environment.


The closest beach is Spiaggia di Le Saline, it is 3 km from the residential complex and La Pelosa beach is about 10 km.

9.6 Paula Travelled with couple September 2022 The villa is very good. I had read bad reviews and that is not the case. The staff is very attentive and respond quickly to problems with a good solution. The villa has most kitchen utensils (pots, pans, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses, cups, small Italian coffee maker). Cleaning utensils for dishes, mop, broom. The pool of the IN villas is large and clean.

There are not as many insects as I had read. There are quite a few in the bathroom but the villa has bug spray. No microwave. No wifi in the villas but there is in reception. Few plug sockets I recommend bringing extension cords.
