El hotel me ha encantado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El restaurante nos pareció caro. Tienen un servicio de traslado a Porto con un "trencito" que recorren el centro haciendo una pequeño tur, maravilloso !!. La piscina del spa sencilla pero tranquila. El desayuno buffet poca variedad a lo q hay por ahí pero lo que había estaba muy bien y los camareros muy atentos en todo momento. La ubicación perfecta. Para concluir. Un hotel para repetir. Nos incluía el viaje en barco, muy bueno y la cata de vino sencilla.

Por poner una pega. Los zumos del desayuno tenían más sabor agua que a zuma de frutas.

Muy bien el hotel (instalaciones, desayuno, habitación, etc...), la visita a la bodega y la cata de vinos (Muy amables todas las personas que nos atendieron).

La actividad del crucero es chula, pero la empresa que la leva un desatre!. Reservamos sitio (a pesar de que en el hotel nos dijeron que no hacía falta) para las 19 h. y resulta que debido al tráfico llegamos a las 18:55 h y... el barco ya había salido!!. Nos dijeron que podíamos hacerlo al día siguiente y así lo hicimos. Llegamos a las 10:30 h. Nos subimos al barco y... salió a las 10:50 h (10 minutos antes de lo previsto) y duró menos tiempo del que dicen. Intentamos hablar con la empresa, pero ya estaba cerrada a las 12 h (a pesar de que el cartel dice que cerraba a las 13:30h). En el comercio de al lado nos dijeron que eran muy anárquicos... En fin, el paquete de escapada muy bien, pero busco un chollo debería cambiar de compañía para la excursión en el barco, ya que hay otras compañías por el mismo precio con más seriedad y responsabilidad.

El SPA es una piscina de agua caliente con un jacuzzi, muy básico. La habitación que nos dieron era muy grande,con nevera, sofá,cama XL......pero había una gran gotera en el baño, lo comunicamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación ,pero era bastante inferior a la que teníamos, mucho más pequeña, sin nevera,con poco espacio para las maletas.....
