La verdad es que esperábamos muy ansidoa este viaje después del esfuerzo económico que supone también y estamos muy decepcionados.
La limpieza del hotel pésima, la comida repetitiva y reutilizada, la representante de Travelplan muy amable hasta q contratas las excursiones y luego desaparece. Las excursiones dependen del guía y el segundo guía fatal. Los servicios deonhitelnte ponen pegas para reservar y no los hemos podido utilizar, masificación en el hotel de turistas locales y largas colas para comer, etc... Ya he realizado una reclamación formal a la cadena hotelera y procederé legalmente.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto, limpieza global tanto de habitaciones como del espacio general, muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel top!
Mejorable: Las comidas del buffet siempre eran lo mismo, poca variedad. (he de decir que los cocineros, muy amable, pedimos en un par de ocasiones, si nos podian hacer un plato de pasta espedificio, y no hubo problema, así que por ese lado, muy bien). Al ser una cadena de hoteles española, RIU, esperabamos una variedad de comidas más amplia y de mayor calidad. Muy mejorable: Tienen dos restaurantes temáticos, para los cuáles reservar en ellos es una odisea, muy complicado. A muchisimos viajeros les costó mucho poder reservar, o simplemente no lo consiguieron. Muy mejorable: La piscina de adultos,LAGOON BAR, (donde además se sirve alcohol), donde indica que los niños no pueden estar ahí, está repleta de menores, los cuáles tirán agua, piden bebidas las cuáles tiran dentro de la piscina, ya que para ellos es un juego..., se lanzan desde las mesas que hay en el interior de la piscina con el peligro que eso conlleva... Nadie del personal allí presente, les decia nada. Así que los adultos, no podiamos disfrutar de un momento de paz en esa piscina tomando un cocktel. Muy mejorable: las noche en el SEGA. La música siempre era la misma playlist, se agradece un poco de variedad o un poco más de interacción con el público.

Me ha encantado la ubicación,el entorno y los servicios del hotel así como la comida
Mucho ruido en las habitaciones no se podía dormir me tuvieron que cambiar,3 veces de habitación porque había un ruido toda la noche de un motor , la segunda habitación toda la noche un timbre y a la tercera vez acertaron por fin, y las dos primeras veces nos pusieron una cama de matrimonio en vez de dos camas siendo que lo habíamos solicitado dos camas separadas.
