El hotel esta bien situado , con buenas vistas al castillo , excelente lugar para hacer rutas enologicas.
que no nos gusto , es que un hotel ath tres estrellas ,no tenga personal cualificado en recepcion , que sepa atender a los visitantes, ademas teniendo servicio de restauracion todos los dias, no tenga nada mas que una camarera para todo el comedor.

Nos ha gustado mucho la zona , tiene muchas cosas que ver El hotel es precioso aunque no esta bien conservado o mantenido pero muy bonito y con buen aparcamiento La calidad precio estupendo
Bajamos a desayunar y como había una excursión grande en el hotel ya no quedaban ,cucharillas , ni servilletas , ni platos y estaba todo el buffet barrido y nos arreglamos malamente aunque si nos trajo unas cucharillas !!!

El trato del personal de recepción y el que atendía la terraza del hotel fue excelente. La limpieza de la habitación y el estado de las toallas y sábanas impecable. El tamaño de la habitación era bastante grande. Plazas de parking privado a cubierto y gratuitas.
Las habitaciones son bastantes sencillas para el precio que se paga. La televisión era pequeña y necesitaba de un TDT externo para funcionar, no visualizándose muchos de los canales disponibles. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba (sólo circulaba aire). El agua de la ducha tenía poca presión y la alcachofa principal tenía rota el sistema de orientación, con lo que no se podía utilizar. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Almohadas muy bajas.
