There are several things that we did not like. The food is somewhat simple, although for that price you can't ask for much more either. But without a doubt, the worst thing was that we went with the idea of living a Valentine-themed weekend, as the ad said, and there was not the slightest bit of beads that would make you think you were on Valentine's Day, zero ornamentation! And another big disappointment was the heated pool, they directly told us that it was not enabled! When the ad also said that there was a heated pool and we went with that candy. We had to go to Benidorm to a spa. We feel cheated. There they said that they had already warned Buscounchollo that he was not going to the pool and that there was no Valentine's Day decoration (because nobody told us anything, if not, I wouldn't even go). Those who are going next weekend, let them know what they are going to find
Hay varias cosas que no nos han gustado. La comida un tanto simple , aunque por ese precio tampoco puedes pedir mucho más. Pero sin duda alguna lo.peor ed que íbamos con la idea de vivir un fin de semana con temática San Valentín, cono así rezaba el anuncio, y no había ni el más mínimo abalorios que te hiciera pensar que estabas en San Valentín cero ornamentación! Y otro desengaño grande fue lo de la piscina climatizada, directamente nos dijeron que no estaba habilitada! Cuando en el anuncio también rezaba que había piscina climatizada y fuimos con esa golosina. Nos tuvimos que ir a Benidorm a un spa. Nos sentimos estafados. Allí decían que ya habían avisado a Buscounchollo de que ni iba la piscina y que cero ornamentación San Valentín (pues a nosotros nadie nos dijo nada, si no igual ni voy). Quienes vayan a ir el próximo fin de semana, que sepan con lo que se van a encontrar

Excellent 7.7 Blanca Travelled with  friends January 2023 The rooms are spacious, they are very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good, with a lot of entertainment, especially for the summer season.
Las habitaciones son amplias, están muy limpias. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones está muy bien, con muchas cosas de entretenimiento, sobre todo para la temporada de verano.
We had included access to the heated pool and sauna but it was out of order and we couldn't enjoy it. The rooms are very close together and we could hear the man in the next room snoring lol
