About the accommodation

Silva Beach Hotel is located on a sandy and rocky beach, half an hour from Heraklion International Airport and offers 2 outdoor pools with free sun loungers.

This attractive beachfront hotel has been built in the style of a traditional Cretan town, with well-proportioned gardens and small squares.

The rooms, recently refurbished, have furnished balconies overlooking the gardens, small squares and swimming pools, or with lateral sea views. All include a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player.

The Silva Beach Hotel also provides fitness equipment, beach volleyball court and entertainment program. Water sports are available 400 meters from the beach.

The main restaurant, the Minoan, offers a buffet of international, Italian and Greek dishes, and the Olive Tree restaurant serves à la carte Mediterranean dishes. Drinks and ice cream can be enjoyed both at the beach bar and at the pool bar.

Casual but elegant attire is required in all common areas of the hotel after 6:30 p.m. Please refrain from wearing shorts and slippers in the dining room. For men only long pants is required.

So glad to have found this company. Really good prices and very easy to book with. They are very responsive to any queries and I found them very helpful. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to cancel our last holiday but had a full refund within minutes of notifying them.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
