The location of the apartments/studios are to be confirmed and will be confirmed upon arrival at the real estate agency (if you need us to give you the exact location, please contact us and we will do our best).
 
The location and the address on the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate agency. The exact location will be confirmed upon arrival. All the apartments of the immobiaria are located in the upper area of Val claret.
 
The real estate agency will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking to confirm them in the same building, but it can not be guaranteed, in case there is no availability in the same building we will try that you are located as close as possible.

 

 
 

The distribution of all the accommodations is different according to the occupancy:

  • Studio occupancy 2 people (20/28m2) (TypeA) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining room with sofa bed or bunk bed.
  • Studio occupancy 3 people (30m2) (TypeB): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining room with sofa bed and bunk bed.

  • Apartment for 4 people (36m2) (Type C) (1 bedroom): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the bedroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the living room.
  • Studio occupancy 5 people (36m2) (Type A2): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, 1 folding bed and a bunk bed in the hallway.
  • Apartment occupancy 5 people (41m2) (Type D): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the bedroom and 3 beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the living room.
  • Apartment occupancy 6 people (45m2) (Type F): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a bunk bed in the hallway.
 

Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise it will be charged directly from the deposit.

Tourist tax not included.

Deposit: upon arrival you must pay an amount as a deposit to cover possible damages that may occur. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess if there has been any damage or if the apartment was dirty.
