About the accommodation

The complex is located in the town of Valledoria, 100 metres from the beach.

It consists of two buildings: Agnese I and II (you can stay in either of them, you will be confirmed upon arrival at reception). Each has an outdoor swimming pool, Wi-Fi in the main areas and private car park. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The apartments are 1 or 2 bedroom, spacious and fully equipped. All have a living room with kitchenette, TV, balcony or terrace. They do not have air conditioning.

Distribution of the apartments:

1-bedroom apartment (maximum capacity 4 people): living room with double sofa-bed and double bedroom + 1 bathroom.
2-bedroom apartment (maximum capacity 6 people): living room with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 2 bathrooms.

Para realizar el check-in tuvimos que esperar más de una hora ya que estaban muy mal organizados y varias personas llegaron al mismo tiempo. No tenían asignadas ni planeadas las habitaciones así que al momento iban buscando la que tuvieran vacía. El servicio de toallas y sabanas te las cobran aparte pero no tenían suficientes para todos así que había varias personas quejándose y discutiendo, para entonces las personas que atendían ya estaban molestas y nos tocó verlos discutir fuertemente varias veces. Personalmente fuimos amables y al final ellas también lo fueron con nsotros.

A los apartamentos les hace falta mantenimiento, la cama muy delgada e incomoda, no cerraba bien la puerta de la recámara y se colaba el aire y el ruido, la alberca completamente verde y sucia y las áreas comunes también sucias y descuidadas. Si solo quieres visitar la parte norte es una buena ubicación ya que puedes visitar varios lugares manejando entre una y dos horas, pero para visitar Cagliari ubaalgo más en el centro está alejado. Solo hay un restaurante cercano, fuera de eso no hay nada y el pueblo más cercano es Valledoria como a 10 mins en auto.
