About the accommodation

The Residence Club de Camargue 3 * is located in the Camargue, on the outskirts of Arles, just 5 km from the center and 20 minutes from the beach. Next to the complex, you can enjoy many activities on the lake or take a walk in the Natural Park of Animals. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

The complex has 7 swimming pools, one of them with hot water that opens from the end of March to the beginning of November. It occupies 33 hectares and proposes numerous activities for its clients: hammam, sauna, masseuse, horseback riding, tennis, golf or a children's club.

Some of the services listed may be considered as extras. Please check with the reception desk upon your arrival. This information is subject to change by the accommodation.

El personal es muy amable y el lugar bonito y tranquilo. Hay muchas actividades organizadas, sobre todo si tienes niños, algunas incluidas en el precio. La comida es buena y se puede llevar si tienes la opción de todo incluido, algo que nos vino muy bien.

Lo que más se puede mejorar es el alojamiento que resulta un poco antiguo y la sofacama nos decepcionó. Por otro lado está limpio y muy funcional - la cocina está bien equipado y la ducha ‘ensuite.’

Calefacción y agua caliente excelentes.

La dejadez del complejo, no está mantenido en condiciones. Descubrimos que durmimos expuestos ya que la puerta corredera que da al exterior tenía el cierre forzado y no cerraba. Al comentarlo nos respondieron que ya lo sabían. El amuerzo es una prolongación del desayuno, por lo que la variedad es mínima e insuficiente. Wifi deficiente en las habitaciones y canales de TV insuficientes (todos en francés, ni tan solo una BBC o una CNN)
