About the accommodation

Located in the area of Altea in the province of Alicante.

The Pierre & Vacances Altea Beach-Port consists of two very close buildings (located only 300 meters away from each other) that share reception.

The accommodation has a reception, outdoor swimming pool with terrace and solarium, great! It also has car park, wifi connection and if you plan to stay with your pet, this is your ideal choice :) Check the conditions and do not leave your pet at home :)

The apartments are distributed as follows:

  • living room with TV and sofa - single bed
  • 2 bedrooms: one of them has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
  • kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, living room,
  • bathroom with bathtub.
  • bed linen and towels are provided.

On your departure, it is very important that you leave the kitchen clean, take the garbage down and pick up the apartment.

You will be only 30 meters away from Altea Beach, how nice! You can also take the opportunity to go to the Mirador de los Cronistas de España at about 7.7 km.

N/A Franisco October 2021 Hello, the experience was a bit bad. I had a reservation from Wednesday the 13th and these gentlemen had the office closed, because they close on Wednesdays, on top of that the apartment was not at number 31 but was at 27, they left me the keys at the yacht club and the sailor who was The person in charge of the keys did not have much idea about the location of the apartment, he only knew the building, so I had to look for my life thanks to the fact that they left me a plan that was not filled in, neither floor nor street number. an odyssey On top of all this I had to leave €200 and €20 more for the mini router that did not have enough speed to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. After all this I have to say that cleaning is a 10.
Hola, la experiencia fue un poco mal. Yo tenía reserva desde el miércoles 13 y estos señores tenían la oficina cerrada, porque cierran los miércoles, encima el apartamento no estaba en el número de 31 sino que estaba en el 27, me dejaron las llaves en el club nautico y el marinero que estaba responsable de las llaves no tenía mucha idea de la situación del apartamento solo sabía el edificio así que tuve que buscarme la vida gracias a que me dejaron un plano que no estaba rellenado ni piso ni número de calle. Una odisea. Encima de todo esto tuve que dejar 200€ y 20 más por el mini router que no tenía suficiente velocidad para ver Netflix o Amazon prime. Después de todo esto tengo que decir que de limpieza un 10.

Educacion de la recepcionista, limpieza basica, hice reserva con amigos y nos dieron apartamentos en distintos edificios, muy alejado civilizacion y servicios restauracion malos y caros. No me a gustado nadaa. No creo que repita por buscounchollo. Prefiero menos chollo en precio y servicios. A sido un chollo si, pero para ellos. Hay que dejar hasta utensilios de cocina igual se encuentran. Fatal

 8 Germán Travelled with couple September 2021 The accommodation was fine for the price it cost us. And it had spectacular views of the port.
El alojamiento estaba bien por el precio que nos costó. Y tenia unas vistas al puerto espactaculares.
We arrived at the reception and that day it was closed and without staff. (which said that every Wednesday it was closed). We had to call several places until we could get the key to the apartment. Something that could be warned on the page, so as not to lose almost 2 hours that we lost.
Llegamos a la recepción y ese día estaba cerrada y sin personal. (que ponia que todos los miercoles estaba cerrada). Nos toco llamar a varios sitios hasta que que pudimos obtener la llave del apartamento. Cosa que se podría avisar en la pagina, para no perder casi 2 horas qye perdimos nosotros.

 6.8 Laura Travelled with couple September 2021 The location is wonderful and the views from the balcony are spectacular. A quiet place with some bars around and beautiful beaches.
La ubicación es maravillosa y las vistas desde el balcón son espectaculares. Un lugar tranquilo con algún bar alrededor y playas preciosas.
When we arrived to check in we were informed that we had to pay 200 euros deposit without knowing anything, 20 euros for the router if we wanted wifi and we were asked to clean the kitchen on departure, put it up, remove the sheets and take pictures of all the appliances and the kitchen and the sheets inside the bathtub so that the deposit of 200 euros would be returned to us. We thought it was a joke.
Cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in nos informan de que tenemos que pagar 200 euros de fianza sin saber nada, 20 euros del router si queremos wifi y nos piden que a la salida limpiemos la cocina, la coloquemos, quitemos las sábanas y hagamos fotos de todos los electrodomésticos y la cocina y de las sábanas dentro de la bañera para que se nos devuelva la fianza de 200 euros. Nos parecio de risa.
