Despues de contratar el chollo, lei muchas reseñas malas acerca de ese hotel y ibamos con miedo de que nos ibamos a encontrar. Pero fue grata la sorpresa porque el hotel estaba mucho mejor de lo que nos haciamos idea. Con el chollo en conjunto estamos muy contentos: Avion todo correcto, 1 maleta facturada por persona incluida. Recogida y traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, que ayuda mucho en el viaje perfecto y la estancia como dije contentos. bebidas incluidas y buffet con mucha variedad. Volvimos encantados con el viaje que se nos hizo cortisimo.

el hotel era algo viejo y necesitaria cualquier dia de estos un poco de "chapa y pintura" pero el personal encantador y los servicios mas que suficientes.

La situación del hotel, está en una zona poco turística, si no vas a salir mucho del hotel, bien, pero si quieres moverte no hay gran variedad de escursiones y la operadora tampoco ofrece mucho, nosotros tuvimos que montarnos lo por libre y contratar escursiones por civitatis. El hotel en general necesita una renovación y un lavado de cara, se le cae una estrella por lo menos.

Vimos varias cucarachas en el salón-comedor durante varios días; por lo que avisamos al personal de sala, los cuales nos ignoraron. Por otro lado, las actividades que se realizan en el hotel son impartidas en su totalidad en inglés, sin tener en cuenta el idioma de los participantes, y por tanto su integración durante la actividad. Por último, durante toda nuestra estancia hemos visto como diferentes huéspedes cogían comida y bebida libremente del buffet y se la metían en bolsas/mochilas, presenciado también por el personal de sala, los cuales no decían nada. La última noche hicimos una petición especial porque salíamos de viaje de madrugada, y nos dijeron que estaba complementamente prohibido coger comida del buffet y no hacian ninguna excepción. Finalmente, acabamos poniendo una hoja de reclamaciones por el trato recibido.
