About the accommodation

This accommodation is a 4-minute walk from the beach. The Puerto Azul is located in a pedestrian zone of Puerto de la Cruz, in Tenerife, 200 meters from the sea. It has a roof terrace. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas.

The rooms at the Puerto Azul hotel are functional and bright. They have a private bathroom. Some also have a private balcony.

The Garden beach is a 10-minute walk from the pension. Plaza del Charco, the central square of Puerto de la Cruz, is a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, in a quiet area. It is only 3 minutes walk from Plaza del Charco, 10 minutes from Playa Jardín and the famous Martiánez pools and only 5 minutes from the bus station, where there are excellent communications. From Puerto de la Cruz buses leave in all directions. Tenerife North Airport is about 35 km away and Tenerife South Airport is approximately 90 km from the accommodation. The city hotel is small, comfortable and suitable for families. Its reception is open 24 hours a day and has multilingual receptionists and 24-hour check-out service. The hotel's 26 rooms are spread over 4 floors. There is a computer with Internet connection available to guests in the reception area, as well as a safe and a lift to climb to the upper floors. Wi-Fi Internet connection is also available. Guests can also make use of the newsstand, TV room, playground and breakfast room. From the rooftop terrace of the hotel, guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the Teide. The rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower. They are also furnished with double beds and a hair dryer is included. The double rooms have a balcony. On the fifth floor there are 2 double rooms with large terrace. All rooms facing the patio have Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guests can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace. There are umbrellas available. There is a golf course about 5 km from the hotel. In addition, there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rent on the sandy beach. The hotel serves continental breakfast.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
