The hotel is located in a really bad neighborhood, it looks like the bronx of mallorca, full of bad people who do not give any confidence. The houses around many do not even have windows, to give you an idea. It is specified that it has free outdoor car park, and of course it is free, it does not exist. It means that you park on the street, if you can because there is no space and we could not find one. We called the hotel and they told us that 10 minutes away (do that loaded with suitcases) there was a wasteland where we could find space, there were people doing skidding, another pissing and other arregandi vans in the street. Finally we had 4 nights booked and we did not dare to leave the car there even one night so we left the ruinous hotel. I would rather lose the money

Las casas de alrededor muchas no tienen ni ventanas, para que os hagáis una idea. Se especifica que cuenta con parking exterior gratuito, y claro que es gratuito, no existe. Significa que aparques en la calle, si puedes ya que no jay hueco y nosotros no encontramos. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que a 10 minutos (haz eso cargado de maletas) había un descampado donde podíamos encontrar hueco, allí había personas haciendo derrapes, otro meando y otro arregandi furgones en plena calle. Finalmente teníamos contratadas 4 noches y no nos atrevimos a dejar el coche alli ni una por lo que viendi el panorama nos fuimos de ese ruinoso hotel. Preferiría perder el dinero

Lo que no me gustado ha sido el hotel en sí, muy viejo y muy dejado, sobretodo el mobiliario, aseo y en sí el hotel. El aire acondicionado hacía un ruído extremo, que tuvimos q llamar al de mantenimiento para que lo arreglara. Luego el mobiliario como las puertas del armario también estaban rotos y lo arregló el de mantenimiento. En resumen el hotel necesita una buena reforma en general, demasiado anticuado y dejado,deberían de mirarlo y así los clientes estaríamos más contentos. También a la hora de coger la habitación la dan muy tarde , las 4 es cuando la dan, cuando se debe dar a las 12 o como muy tarde a las 13 horas de a medio día para dejar las maletas y demás. Ya es por costumbre dar las habitaciones a las 4 y no es normal, porque si hay que dajarla a la 12,por qué la dan a las 4?, no me lo explico,ésto es muy importante.
