10 Cristina Travelled with couple October 2020 We were put in a superior room free of charge and it was wonderful. The girls at the front desk are lovely and make sure you are comfortable during your stay, the apartment is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable and the views are spectacular.

Me cobraron la fianza y al marchar, me dijeron que me devolvian la fianza, que me seria ingresada entre 24-48h y nada más lejos que la realidad. Resulta que la cantidad queda retenida durante 9 días. Eso no lo ponía en las condiciones del anuncio, por tanto lo considero publicidad engañosa al no informar correctamente al cliente, ni siquiera el día que abandonamos el apartamento, nada, nadie nos dijo que la fianza quedaba retenida 9 días en el poder de ellos.
