Excellent 7.7 Laura Travelled with couple April 2025 The hotel is quite clean, the staff was super friendly, they spoke very good Spanish. In general my boyfriend and I have been quite comfortable. The buffet is small but fully functional. The hairdryer with good power.
El hotel esta bastante limpio, el personal ha sido super amable, hablaban muy bien castellano. En general mi novio y yo hemos estado bastante agusto. El buffet pequeñito pero totalmente funcional. El secador con buena potencia.
The password they have in the room is obsolete you have to ask for it at reception, the bathroom was a bit claustrophobic and the shower was either very hot or very cold and when it was hot from time to time there was an icy jet except for these things everything was fine. To go to Porto it is better to go by uber because of the location of the hotel you have to move by car to go anywhere.
La contraseña que tienen en la habitación esta obsoleta hay que pedirla en recepción, el baño nos resulto un poco claustrofóbico y la ducha o salia agua muy caliente o muy fria y cuando estaba en caliente de vez en cuando salía un chorro helado salvo por esas cosas todo muy bien. Para ir a oporto mejor ir en uber porque por la localización del hotel hay que moverse en coche para poder ir a cualquier parte.

It only has one toast machine and on top of that it was out of order for two days, in the bar they had no bottle of beer and the beer was out of order so it was not good and the port wine was hot.

Excellent 8.3 Angela Travelled with  friends April 2025 Hotel limpio, desayuno rico, fácil aparcamiento, habitaciones no muy grandes pero acogedoras, para pasar un fin de semana correcto. Teniendo en cuenta que no está en Oporto aunque se puede ir andando (habíamos visto en Google maps 30 minutos) hay que tener en cuenta que como están haciendo el metro el acceso nos fue algo difícil ya que andando estaba todo en obras y nos perdimos varias veces menos mal que nos encontramos con una chica maravillosa (nos informó, no lo contrató y nos lo pagó) que nos dijo que los Uber funcionaban muy bien y por 3 euros llegamos al destino, la pena es que en el Hotel soló nos informaron de los autobuses y no de esta opción tan cómoda y barata. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, estaba muy muy bien. Muy variado y horario muy amplio.
The worst thing was the mattress and the pillow. The reception staff, friendly but with problems in Spanish when giving information.
