It is located in Palau, a town in the north of the island of Sardinia, on the famous Emerald Coast, in Italy. Right in front of the town you will find the beautiful Magdalena archipelago, being protected as a National Park.

No se puede prometer un horario de viaje , cuando a sabiendas el horario va a cambiar . Y realizar ese cambio con antelación de 24 horas. Nos ha supuesto perder una noche del apartamento ( ya pagado) y tener que reservar un hotel en otra ciudad para poder coger nuestro transporte. Un engaño.

Las playas son muy bonitas, nosotros estuvimos en la zona Noroeste , Palau, Isla Madalena, Santa Teresa de Gallura. Hicimos la visita en barco a las Islas Madalena, Spargi, etc...(50€ x persona). Hay bastantes supermercados y bien de precio, igual que en España. Parking en todas las playas, pero casi todas de pago, 1€ o 2€ hora. Alojamiento a 250 m de la playa (apta para perros), a 10' caminando del puerto y el super a 5' en coche. El personal del alojamiento muy amable y servicial. Nos quedó mucho por ver, seguramente repetiremos!

Ferry, el viaje se hace muy largo, ida BCN-Porto Torres, camarotes muy sucios, personal con bastante mal humor, vuelta avería y llegada con retraso a BCN 17 hs horas de viaje + 2 horas de distancia que había hasta el alojamiento. Las carreteras de Cerdeña bastante rotas y sin pintar. Me hubiera gustado que en el anuncio hubieran aclarado que este gasto era por persona y día, "¿Viajas del 15/06 al 13/09? Entonces tienen un coste de 10€ por adulto y 5€ por niños (de 3 a 12 años)", cuando llegué al alojamiento, tuve que pagar 240 € por este concepto. También podrían agregar el precio de las tasas en el anuncio (aunque sea orientativo), tuve que pagar otros 72€ aparte en concepto de tasas (4 personas, 6 noches). En resumen, cuando llegué a recepción después de casi 1 día de viaje, me quedé a cuadros cuando tuve que pagar 312€ por estos conceptos. Viajamos en familia, 2 adultos + 2 niños. Revisar bien el anuncio, y si tenéis dudas, preguntar antes de reservar, así no les pasa como a mí!

Es difícil entender que nada más llegar te cobren un plus en concepto de agua y luz, se sobreentiende que un establecimiento hotelero sin agua y luz no puede funcionar, lo lógico sería que de entrada te ofrezcan un precio por habitación /persona que incluyan todo . El confort y descanso son imprescindibles y aquí no se ha cumplido pues las camas y colchones son de mala calidad, deformados por el uso y viejos. Como usuario estás indefenso y no hay reparación en este sentido.
