Edificio singular, muy bien situado. Habitaciones amplias, limpias. Comedor singular, estimo que serían las antiguas caballerizas del palacio por la ubicación en el edificio y el acceso amplio desde la calle. Mantiene parte del techo con las estructuras y vigas de madera.

El mobiliario de las habitaciones se les nota ya un cierto deterioro y sobre todo y principal, el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones.
