About the accommodation

The ON Hotels Oceanfront 4* is locatedon the seafront in the town of Matalascañas, in the province of Huelva. In the area the Atlantic Ocean bathes 60km of pristine white sandy beaches of the Doñana National Park. It is located on the beachfront, less than 50 meters away.

The accommodation is Adults Only (+16) and has 24 hour reception, air conditioning, heating and wifi. In the summer season you can sunbathe and cool off in the outdoor pool or swim in the infinity pool. In addition, you can enjoy the sports entertainment and you can also dance with the DJ or have a drink at the hotel's nightclub.

The hotel has a Wellness Spa, with a heated pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, bubble bench, back waterfall and cervical jets. You can enjoy the Spa free of charge for 30 minutes.

The rooms are comfortable and modern; all of them have TV, minibar, telephone, safe, wifi connection and balcony with views to the outside. The bathroom is complete with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and amenities.

Matalascañas Beach is in front of the hotel. We recommend you to visit the town of Matalascañas. You can also visit other nearby tourist towns in the area such as: Huelva, Mazagon, Punta Umbria and El Rocio.

The issue of parking is horrible the hotel does not have enough parking for all guests have an agreement with a parking lot but in that parking can also enter people outside the hotel so if it fills 100% because parking on the street is impossible, we one day we moved the car we were without exaggeration more than an hour and 25 minutes going around and around and around without finding anything until finally almost at the entrance of Matalascañas found a small place and finally we could park, it becomes desperate.
El tema del aparcamiento es horrible el hotel no tiene plaza suficientes para todos los huéspedes tienen concierto con un parking pero en ese parking también pueden entrar personas ajenas al hotel con lo cual si se llena que se llena 100% porque aparcar en la calle es imposible ,nosotros un día que movimos el coche estuvimos sin exagerar más de hora y 25 minutos dando vueltas y vueltas y vueltas sin encontrar nada hasta que finalmente casi a la entrada de Matalascañas encontramos un pequeño sitio y finalmente pudimos aparcar, se hace desesperante

 10 Victor Travelled with couple June 2024 As I expressed to the hotel reception, I did not see compatible, having an excursion for the elderly, with walkers and the typical impatience of age, with the philosophy of the hotel. And what finished me off, was listening to BINGO and LINE in the pool bar, for an activity organized by the hotel (I'm sorry but changing the Relax music for some Bingo cards ....pues I do not see it, for this type of hotel. Sorry if I hurt sensitivities.
Tal y como le exprese a la recepción del hotel, no veía compatible, el tener una excursión de la tercera edad, con andadores y la impaciencia típica de la edad, con la filosofía del hotel. Y lo que me remato, fue escuchar BINGO Y LINEA en el bar de la piscina, por una actividad organizada desde el hotel ( lo siento pero cambiar la música de Relax, por unos cartones de Bingo....pues no.lo veo,pars este tipo de Hotel. Lo siento si hiero sensibilidades.

 6.6 JM Travelled with couple June 2024 The location is very good, right on the beach. The treatment at the reception was very good. It is also worth mentioning that they included drinks at meals, fresh orange juice at breakfast and drinks from the minibar for free.
La ubicacion es muy buena, primera linea de playa. El trato en recepcion muy bueno. Tambien hay que valorar positivamente que incluyeron las bebidas en las comidas, zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno y las bebidas del minibar de forma gratuita.
The hotel is very compressed in space. It does not have large spaces. The food buffet is short, in my opinion it does not correspond to a four star hotel. The cleanliness in the room could be improved, there was shredded tobacco on the floor and numerous hairs. The animation as such did not exist. And the terraces are too small and do not allow you to be comfortable. In my opinion the hotel corresponds to a three star hotel.
El hotel esta muy comprimido en espacio. No tiene grandes espacios. Sobre la comida el buffet cortito, en mi opinion no se corresponde con un cuatro estrellas. La limpieza en la habitacion mejorable, habia tabaco triturado por el suelo y numerosos cabellos. La animacion como ta no existio. Y sobre las terrazas son muy peque?as y no te permite estar comodos. En mi opinion el hotel corresponde a un tres estrellas.
