Escasa animación y apenas trabajadores para atender a los clientes, tuvimos nada mas llegar problemas con un camarero el cuál ya había tenido mas problemas con otros clientes, señor mal educado, conteston, insultaba a los clientes y no cumplia con su trabajo, tantas fueron las quejas de tantos clientes que este señor acabó despedido, una pena,. Porque todo ésto sería un cúmulo de tensión por su trabajo, cosa que no justifica su actitud. El restó de empleados quitando alguno muy puntual, muy simpáticos y agradables. La limpieza escasa por no decir nula, los balcones ni esisten para las señoras de la limpieza, estuve 8 dias ospedada y no la barrieron ni un solo día, tuve que pedir papel del baño por no reponer y pelos por todos lados y sobre todo en el bañó, por que no deberían de barrer muy bien, . En algunas habitaciones, no en todas por lo que escuche a otros clientes, el bañó tiene bañera, pero por mayoría tienen plato ducha y son minúsculos,
