The Montiruju Résidence is a structure located in a quiet and hilly area, at the gates of the small village of Santa Maria Coghinas and a short distance from the banks of the river of the same name. From here, you will be very close to the Casteldoria Thermal Baths and its warm aquifers.

It is an apartment complex immersed in a large garden with lawns and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The buildings have several levels, and it is very close to the Hotel Montiruju, with which it shares some common services such as: the reception area, wifi connection and the outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer season).

2-bedroom apartment: furnished in a modern style, each one with independent entrance although they are together and in a row. Inside, they are divided into two levels: on the first floor you will find the living area with sofa and dining area, dressing room and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. On the upper level, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.

All apartments also have a kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, basic kitchenware (glasses, plates, some pans, etc.), wifi connection, television, air conditioning, and a small patio on the first floor with table and chairs.
