This resort complex is ideal for families. Renovated in 2007, it has a total of 240 rooms. Nowadays, it offers a wide range of amenities for you to enjoy the best possible service. Personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el comedor y el bar. Buena comida, el buffet es muy grande y hay variedad, nos gustaron los desayunos y las dos cenas que disfrutamos. La habitación tenía buenas vistas a montaña.
Al llegar la habitación olía mucho a cloro hasta que ventilamos mucho la habitación, la pared de la terraza estaba muy manchada de color blanco. Nos encontramos con la sorpresa que al destapar la cama, la sábana bajera estaba llena de pelusas e incluso pelos cortos! Pedimos que nos la cambiasen entera y la persona que vino a hacerla, dejó en el suelo que no estaba limpio tampoco, la manta de relleno para el nórdico, al deshacer la cama. El hotel necesita también alguna renovación porque es algo antiguo y por ejemplo la funda de la silla del escritorio, estaba muy vieja y manchada. Las dos sillas del balcón, una era de mimbre y estaba roto el recubrimiento. En recepción hace mucho calor y huele mucho al cloro de la piscina interior que está dos plantas más abajo. Por la noche pasas calor en la habitación porque ó dormías con el nórdico con la manta interior, ó tenías que dormir sólo con las sábanas. La verdad, no parece un 4* estrellas.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
