El hotel es espectacular, todo nuevo y muy bonito.

Al personal del hotel le falta experiencia y comenten fallos que no deberían tener lugar en un hotel 4 estrellas. Un día nos hicieron la habitación a la 20:00, otro día no los hicieron la habitación, en el desayuno no hay zumo de naranja natural, la tortilla del desayuno es de huevina, en general el personal es lento, etc.

Es un hotel espectacular. Empezando con el edificio histórico que da entrada al hotel que es de película, siguiendo por las habitaciones (la nuestra era standard) espaciosas con mucha luz y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno también espectacular. También estuvimos en el "spa", que era gratuito. La piscina cubierta normal pero la sauna y el baño turno, muy bien. El personal muy apañado. Otro detalle: nos subieron el equipaje a la habitación. Cuando nosotros estuvimos, se puede aparcar facil en la zona aunque el hotel te ofrece parking de pago.
