It is located less than 5 kilometres from the towns of Santa Ponsa and Andrach and 20 minutes drive from downtown and the international airport of Palma. The hotel has 172 rooms, 24 hour reception, currency exchange, concierge service, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, two restaurants, three bars, spa with wellness center, fitness center, two outdoor pools and rental service bicycles and vehicles. It also has facilities for disabled guests. It offers free car park for customers.
